A conversation is counted when it receives its first agent reply. If there’s a new conversation in your inbox, it counts as one conversation once an agent replies. Unresponded conversations, internal notes, and spam do not count. Multi-channel continuation within the same thread counts as one conversation.

At your conversation limit, agents can still see incoming conversations but cannot reply. No data is lost β€” messages queue and are waiting for you. Upgrading immediately restores full functionality, or the block lifts at your next billing period.
